Ok, fellow writer friends. Published and unpublished.
I'm sure each of you has come down with a viral case of Writer's Block.
Fingers trembling over a cold keyboard, a feverish sweat breaking on your forehead as you realize you've reached a dead end, nauseous over your lack of excellent plotting, sniffling over the lack of progression in your current WIP (work in progress).
Do you give it a break and return later? Give up entirely (hope not)? Hammer down and force yourself to write--anything--even if it seems like garbage?
I'm very curious... What do you do when you're stuck?
